What are Lash Extensions?
Eyelash extensions are a succession of handpicked lashes, which are carefully selected and attached individually to your natural eyelashes. The Canadian- or European-made high quality material can lengthen, curl and add dimension / volume to every single one of your lashes.
When it comes to lash material, you can choose from:
- Silk and Mink Blend Eyelash Extensions
- Synthetic Mink Eyelash Extensions
Mink is the lightest-weight option, produces the most natural-looking, softest lashes and is ideal for any type of lash set. Length and thickness can vary, depending on the level of “glamour” you want to achieve. You can also choose the synthetic option to create a variety of different styles. During your consultation, you’ll discover what look best suits you!
We believe in taking her time with your eyelashes, because you simply can’t rush high quality. It takes about 2 hours to carefully attach each lash for a naturally glamorous result – so arrive prepared to kick back and relax while we enhance your natural beauty… free naps with every lash service included!
Before Your Classic/Volume Lash Extension Appointment
For longer-lasting lashes please remove any make-up or oils from your eye area and eyelashes before your appointment, including: eyeliner, eye shadow, eye creams, eye serums, foundation and any other similar products.
Aftercare
It takes about 48 hours for your lash adhesive to dry thoroughly for a strong bond. Before it sets, the adhesive can be vulnerable; so be careful not to enter environments that are filled with moisture, steam or excessive heat.
Clients with eyelash extensions should be careful when showering, and avoid:
– Friction from styling, rubbing or playing with lashes
– Excessively rubbing eyes
– Using oil-based eye care products on or near lash area
